We care about you. We want to give you opportunities to connect with others, to intentionally invest in your relationship with Jesus, and to equip you to get involved in serving. If you are looking for your next step, here are a few options.
We know that attending a new place can be intimidating, and it is our strong desire to help you form connections and relationships at Hershey Free. Our adult Connect Groups are a great place to start. This is a great way to begin to get to know a smaller group of people and study God’s Word together. We invite you to check out more information about each of these groups.
The invitation of Jesus is to become his disciple and follow his way of life. At Hershey Free Church, we define it this way: A disciple is someone who lives with Jesus, loves like Jesus, and leads others to do the same. One way we live out our value of living, loving, and leading is to encourage you to be intentional with your personal relationship with God. Because we value doing life together, we encourage you to participate in a Live/Love/Lead Group. These groups are designed so that you get to know a small group of people really well. As you learn about each other and do live together, you begin to see God at work in your own life as well each other.
Twice a year we have Starter Live/Love/Lead Group Nights. From this evening, groups form and meet several times to give you an opportunity to test out this group experience. Our next Starter Live/Love/Lead Group Night will be Sunday, August 30. There you can meet other people from your area and experience what it’s like to be in a group. Questions? Contact Deb Hinkel or Nik Schatz.
Our vision at Hershey Free is to develop and promote a strong culture of connectedness and service among our community. Throughout Scripture we are shown how serving and living a connected life benefits the entire body of Christ. As we grow in our faith, we see the value in serving others. Sometimes, the biggest hurdle is knowing where to start. What is available? If you need help finding your best place to serve, we would love to explore these opportunities with you. Send Evie Zook an email and she will help you find opportunities to serve.
